They have changed my view about certain things in the office, about myself but it also seems I have found the way back to my agents. 

Yes, it is true.. sometimes you just don&#039;t know how to deliver feedback to an agent regarding a not so positive situation but your articles have shown me some great suggestions. Btw, thank you!

And that&#039;s why I have just bought a copy of &#039;How to Tell Anyone Anything&#039;.. finally!</description>
